Step 2 – Agree the Minimum Spend
To guarantee a fully stocked and staffed bar, a minimum spend is required. You can choose from two options:
- Select one of our pre-designed drinks packages, which will serve as the agreed minimum spend for your event.
- Provide us with the estimated number of guests attending, and we will calculate the appropriate minimum spend for you.
This approach ensures we bring the right quantity of drinks, staff, and equipment to meet the needs of your event.
Step 3 – Select Your Drinks
We offer a diverse selection of drinks, including:
- A full range of premium spirits and mixers
- Wines and prosecco to suit all tastes
- A selection of bottled and draught beers
- Soft drinks and non-alcoholic options for all guests
Drink prices will be agreed upon before the event, ensuring complete transparency.
Step 4 – Enjoy Your Event
Our team will handle everything, so you can relax and enjoy your event. We provide:

- A stylish mobile bar setup, tailored to your venue
- Premium glassware, ice, and garnishes for the perfect drinks experience
- An EPOS till system, recording all transactions to ensure smooth service

Step 5 – Settle the Tab
At the end of the event, if the agreed minimum spend has not been met, the outstanding balance will be settled. This ensures a cost-effective and well-organised bar service without unexpected surprises.
